Pro does not create a separate ConflictMeter model. It exposes more of the same validated engine: the frozen Betz v13.15 methodology, explicit historical comparability, source revision diagnostics and versioned country data.
Pre-2025 remains component-only. Revision diagnostics remain source diagnostics. Missing evidence never silently becomes zero.
